Zimbabwe: YAY!

We arrived in Zimbabwe yesterday afternoon and Chris drove us around town a little bit. Zimbabwe is covered in rocks and mountains. Chris called those the 'paved' roads when we drove over them. Chris and Norma were so excited for our arrival. This morning we were invited to a church down the road. It was so cute and there were a good number of children and adults there. It was their service, but with some of our activities mixed in. Abbey and Lisa led songs and Jessie did a short message which was absolutely amazing. The service was so relaxed and go with the flow. They sang a lot of songs, danced, and had a lovely sermon from John 5 about the sick man. I urge you all to read John 5 sometime. It's important that we remember, even though we are not all paralyzed or deathly ill, we all need healing and Jesus is the only one who can do that.
Tomorrow we are having VBS at 10 am. Africa time means it will probably start at 11 though. Pray that it goes well, God uses us, and the kids who need love or Jesus show up. Also that our vegetable jewelry and container gardens will work well and be received well.
God Bless!
