Our day began by walking to an area that a visitor to San Francisco would probably never see. We were invited to visit St. Boniface Catholic Church to spend time praying for the many homeless who flock to the church to sleep on the pews. These pews are their beds, their refuge and their hope. Our team entered the sanctuary and dispersed to pray for these people, the city and renewed spiritual revival in San Francisco. Following our time in this beautiful and historic church, we crossed the street to St. Anthony's Soup Kitchen. We received a tour of the dining room and heard plans for future expansion.
The afternoon was spent at the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco with James Soy making connections in the neighborhood where James will launch a church plant in September: SFInterface. Over 30 children attended and participated in Teeny Tykes and Tunes during a spring break camp.
please pray for a rain free day tomorrow so our team can get into the park and connect with families.
