We woke up this morning to a wonderful breakfast!
We are so blessed with so many people of different talents this year and it is so obvious! The most important of those talents present: Cooking! This morning we got to hear testimonies from a Johnson Ferry member and two Wears Valley Ranch kiddos. There is something about the vulnerability it takes to share your life's story in just the highlights and reduce the life of how ever many years that you have lived into a few words. And it's so much fun when the Holy Spirit can use it to touch someone else in the room. We come from all different walks of life in this room, but we have one thing in common and that is the need for Christ's redemptive love. This morning, people proudly told their stories because they have that love that gives them hope.
After hearing the stories of a few people, we got to work on the ranch!
repair fences that have fallen down or become rotted
- use "rip-rap" aka stones to line the bed of a creek that is causing erosion
- stain porches
- landscape for the homes
- new floor for the lamb barn
We are loving all of the farm animals around here!
