East Africa: A Growing Ministry

Sunday morning we awoke and the rain had stopped!  We ate breakfast and headed to church to worship with our ministry partners and their church family.  It was a blessing to hear worship and praise in both English and Swahili!  Thankfully the sermon was mostly in English so we could understand the message.

After church we had the opportunity to visit the future home of the ministry, 3 Strands International.  Our partners shared the story of how God brought them to the property and connected them with the builder.  The building will house the offices for 3 Strands, a sewing center, space for meetings and space for their family to live.  We prayed over the building and land that God would continue to grow this ministry and provide the remaining resources to complete a perimeter fence for the property.  (www.3-strands.org)

It was a wonderful day of fellowship and learning more about 3 Strands!
