East Africa: Ever Present Joy. To God be the Glory!

Thursday – 19 May 2016

Our last day in East Africa was spent at the National Hospital visiting children battling cancer and another group in the orthopedic ward.  While the day was heartbreaking – it was also heart warming.  There was still the ever present sense of joy we have seen in so many other children this week.

The team is excited to come home but also sad to leave our friends and the precious children we have met.  Kenya is a special place and the children make it so.

God has his hand on our partners here and we are thankful to be able to share in the work He is doing. To God be the Glory.
