God is doing incredible things through our team here in Poland. Today we had a concert and played volleyball and basketball at 4th high school. After our concert, we were able to hangout with the high schoolers– and from the very first introduction, they were just as eager to meet us as we were to meet them. The volleyball team won one of their sets, and the basketball team took their first victory!
We connected over common interests like social media and shoes and our pets. We were people having conversations with people. Today simply proved that living out the Gospel is just that easy- all we need to do is be genuine in the way we love others. The coolest thing was when we left 4th high school and our new friends were already excited to see us again on Thursday at our concert.
We spent the afternoon canvasing around the city of Tarnow for our upcoming concert and then ended the night with worship and a word from Austin Baker. Austin challenged us to ask ourselves why we worship, why we pour out our breath to the One who gave it to us. He encouraged us with a word that we should worship not only to bring the Father glory, but to build each other up as believers. The way we worship has the ability to completely change the atmosphere around us.
Hebrews 10:24 “And let us consider how to stir up one another in love and good works, meeting
together and encouraging one another as the day of Heaven draws near.”
